I thought he was pretty clear when he said it was the 'rarest' Election Quest Loot Reward. He can correct me if I'm wrong, but based on what he said it is A) a LOOT REWARD (ie, loot which is given to you by someone else, as a reward for doing something), B) rare because some convergence of circumstances that never seem to occur in game are required to even have a chance of getting it and C) rarer still because even if you do EVERYTHING right, you still might not get it.
Minerunner, I have to ask in all honestly, though, did that told you about it actually use the 'mythical Fencer mace' that has never (to anyone's knowledge) been received by any player as a defense against why Fencer's haven't gotten any new weapons since the game shipped?

He doesn't say "Election Quest Loot Reward" anywhere but that does not keep it from being true. However, when I hear the word "loot" that means an item that has been taken from a something you killed. Not something that is given for a performed task. That is a "reward". Unfortunately he combined terms which makes it confusing for they way I interpret them. Was that on purpose Minerunner or am I just reasing way into what was being said?
