Good template for tearing up the noobs, terrible for anyone who knows what they are doing and has decent gear..
Anyone in a suit of 80% base 40% stun composite, with a PSG is invulnerable to a Fencer.

This is not true, stun layered composite will take you around the block against a geonesian sonic blaster, but against a good stun baton, used by a good fencer with good equipment the stun layered composite only keeps you alive longer than normal. There are other factors, such as who has doctor and who doesn't.

Maybe not noobs, just people that aren't enlightened to the macros of doctor, I fought against one last night, m rifle/m doctor, had he been prepared it would have been more difficult.
