OK, so let me get this straight... The first (major) buff, if it was Mind cost, would REDUCE the mind costs, even though it says +xx%? And all this time i had been avoiding them because i thought it added to my mind cost.

I don't have a customer email list... I am speachless that the thought never occured to me.
