Personally, I fence - with nothing on.. At all. It makes me feel rather connected with my charecter.

I saw a composite armor chestplate on flurry that had 92% to kinetic and 88% to everything else and only had health encumberance of 178. It was made with the best quality krayt tissues and everything. The price was only 10 million. I would have bought it but im a wookiee so it does me no good. But that is the best advice i can offer .

Yeah...I once swore that I would never wear armor...I was too pretty and skilled for it.... (last week I bought)

advanced Ubese-for melee
2 sets of Padded (advanced)-all around
advanced Composite- any of the two

yes I splurged...a small price to pay to be the last man standing.

If you can afford it; buy 2 sets... a really good set..and a set you'll wear most of the time...insurance can break you...decay will hurt you.

I normally wear a full set of Black and Purple Mabari. The pieces are between 17%-21% kinetic resists and I only have 133 H, 97 A, 93 M encumberance.

Hi guys, I'm new to fencing, but I am a slicer...... I don't know if this is what you are talking about with your armor, cause i don't know much about armor myself. But i do know that armor (and weapons for that matter) can only be sliced once. Which trait gets sliced is totally random, andI believe the cap on armor is 45% incease in stats for a Master Smuggler, butI have only seen 35% incease myself.

there was a bug that allowed things to get sliced multiple times - you can read about it in the GCW bugs thread on that forum. basically there is existing armor with 90% resists and 0 enc among other things.

there also was a hard cap of 90% added in for armor about a month or so ago (iirc)
