Naw the gunblade had a trigger... this fires the shot automatically when it jabbed into something. For that matter the gunblade had a blade.

The Adumari blastsword would be a great addition to the available fencer weapons in the game. I, personally, would make it energy damage instead of blast, considering we're talking about a blaster shot here. These would be hella fun to craft... a melee weapon taking ranged weapon components (like a blaster power handler). Freaky. A krayt sword! Haha.

Zapping>stabbing>smashing

Stun batons, Blast Swords, and things of the like are just more Star Warsy. Stabbing, while fun, doesn't really fit the feel, and the smashing should be left to the Swordsman

we just need a cool sword, dont really care about the kinda damage... althought id like an energy one... that would be sweet imho

ah come on the CU is coming and all fencers want SOMETHING other than another blunt object as a weapon =p

hell i've taken to running around with rykk swords just so i "look" like a "real" fencer... (yeah i'd do a curved sword but no one on chilly has a decent one... and i sold my last good one a few months ago)
