Scatter hit 2 for fencer does indeed do a great amount of damage. To all you other players out there screaming, 'nerf fencer because i cant beat him', or 'that stun baton has to be illegal', shut the hell up.

Lol, i wasn't talking aboutnerfing fencer. I am one. I was just saying that the guy that hit him most likely has a bugged baton, which ruins the day of anyone he meets. There are more than a few of those on my server too. I can tell by following them around. Like clockwork they unequip their batons when they enter cantinas.

man.. i had a 460 dmg stun baton and when they went down (KD'd) it did around 1800 damage so this seems fine to me.

BTW to all the moaners Fencer is easy to beat if you know how. Want to know how? Take up the prof..

Any Ranged defence can beat a Fencer with ease.. Just run

yea it could be non-legit but i doubt every one in pvp could be 982 dmg

first of all i was kneeling when he hit me for 2k

and 2nd i check his pack and the stats are

min 452

max467

and it wasn't sliced

All that means is that he just got one great bone and made one great stun baton.

You also have to remember, that when you are KD'd, damage tends to go up..so it's not completely unfeasible to see that kind of damage.

Hey just a quesiton guys I just got made 2 stun batons wit acklay bone min:70 Max 267 They both came out MAX 358 and I got a speed slice on em both DOH! When I puta damage pup on them they do 415max damage. In pvp what sort of damage would i be hitting for using I dunno scatter 2???

ive breaken 1k using one hand hit 3 on a KD person with my 290dmg baton. and there are many around that are better then mine. someone with a 500dmg or so baton (there are a couple on my server) could break 2k on a standing target given melee mitigation doesn't take over and you are wearing a stun vuln armor i believe. So there's your answer.

That one is real, do a search on the Tempest boards and you will find it. It has also has a speed of 2.6 and barely any mind cost.

But on this issue, I would think with a good baton plus the modifiers from the kneeling and KD that 2k wouldn't be too out of the ordinary. However, if it turns out that the bones were screwy, then it does need to be reported to the CSR.

Even with scatter hit fencers do not do 2k damage in pvp. The only time I ever do that kind of damage is in pve with my gaffi,while the target is KD.
