I had a nice Baton ( 239-569 unpupped ) and another acklay ( 190 - 280 ) unpupped. What's you'll notice with the Acklay weapons are their HAM costs... My exceptional Baton had less than 10 on all stats, comparatively my non exceptional had all over 25.
I also had a 267 12k Use 98 dmg Fire Gaffi, which stacked up to 1200 with scatterhit2.
Often I used the Gaffi to land the Fire, then pulled out the Exceptional baton with HealthHit3 and in about 6 - 7 hits, They were incapped.
Ill post some screenies of the baton and the combat queue I tested it on
And in response, You would want to use your 196/196 because its the minimum damage that gets through the mitigation defenses on other players. Also, be wary of Intimidation it kills your Dodge completely.

Both Batons are a bit low but get the one with the highest dmg not the 196-196.Indeed you cant do enough dmg with this Baton but go after Ranged and not melee targets you need a higher minimum stat to go with melee mitigation and dont use ScatterHit2 anymore,since its nerfed,1hHit3 and BodyHit3 have the biggest dmg modifier (x4)

I got a new stun bat, 234-320 dmg. I use that for Pvp. Wow i kick some serous ass. I jus hate syn staek and Docs. Syn Staek i tak out my TKM and Combo 2 them until there steak and Psg's r lowed enough for me to do dmg. But what do you do for those docs with 90% Helmets...
