I have one i mainly use it for looks(but if i get a nice damage slice i might use it), still tring to get a stun baton.

And most of the pistoleer are morons the DX2 is easily the best or 2nd best weapon(rub can be a bit better), now that kytak(sp) FWG5s are gone.

Just about the only professions that get good weapons at Novice Elite are Rifleman, Swordsmen, and TKA's.

With the exception of the TKA's, the elite weapons only become good in the hands of someone with most, if not all, of the speed mods, and to a lesser extent accuracy.

The T-21 is a nice rifle. I love mine. However it has an amazingly high delay (7.5+). But the tradeoff for that is pretty high damage (mine is damage sliced, 30%+... 509 max damage) and heavy AP. You need pretty much all but the speed given by Master for it to be viable.

The Power Hammer is awesome damage, and blast... again mine was like 150-600 damage, 5.4 speed... so you see the tradeoff for the damage is speed... and to a much greater extent accuracy. Its not as bad as a Pikeman weapon, but it is -35 or so at range. With the power hammer, you arguably need Master before it becomes better than a cleaver or curved sword.

So that leaves fencers, pikeman, pistoleers and carbineers (or carbiniers as the game spells it... ) with less-than-satisfactory "elite" weapons.
