Is there a melee class that does more than 2 damage types? We got 2, TKA got 1, and you say HS has 2, it is what it is. Personally I dont see how you would use something infinite times when it blows up on impact lol.

No but seriosly, what damage types should there be? It would be nice to have more options.

As it stands right now TKA has one type of dammage= kinetic
This might be changing with their new weapon schematic that has dropped.No one has made the weapon yet so no info beyond the schematic for it.

We have 2 types of dammage = Stun and kinetic ( Probably the best types for most PvE combat )

Heavy Swordsman have 2 types of dammage = Blast and Kinetic ( Best for taking down bases and AT-Sts )

Pikeman have 3 types of dammage = Kinetic and electrical with an extremely rare energy weapon.
The enrgy pike is going to become even more rare since the loot that is needed to make it is now also needed for the new TKA weapon and the item is dropped by only one Night Sister that spawns once a day and doesn't always drop the loot needed. So although pikeman have 3 dammage types it realy is 2 dammage types for 99.9% of pikeman.

well I'm not even a Fencer, and I think Fencers get the shaft on weapons.an Acklay stun baton is murder in pvp, that is true. but what is a Fencer going to do with anenhanced kwi with medium armor and 30k health?

if I was a Fencer I would not be satisfied until I gota weapon capable of doingabout 2500-3000AP1 damage a second... that's what asliced VK is capable of (not even counting the latest black sun razorknuckler insanity), and I don't see any excuse why a Fencer should be worse vs.Light armor than a TK artist... do you?

as for the new Swordsman weapon, it's a real yawner in my opinion:it's ugly as hell, it's an axe, it's not as good as a scythe blade, we already have plenty of AP2 kinetic weapons, and its only advantage appears to be a very low mind cost

Iwould not be offended in the least if they reworked it and gave it to Fencer, in its present form it adds nothing at all to the Swordsman profession

Thats not always the case. I keep 3 weapons on me at all times, My graffi stick, a curved sword and a ryyak sword. I don't even own a stun baton, not cause I dont want one but because I have been procrastinating in getting one. And what is wrong with each weapon class getting a weapon that can only be aquired through a quest of some sort.
