To keep the damage down, you need to continuously intimidate her and keep you CoB macro running.

She'll be toast in no time.

thats what i have atm mixed with a bit of tk (going to be 4xx3 tk but can't be arsed grinding meditation line atm so it's still xxx3 tk) with full compo cover i can tank and solo all nsincluding the big boss axim min with a normal speed sliced 460 damage ph easily just keep intimidate on and head hit. also use the master brawler knockedowns as i manage to kd 1 out of 10 attempts so a throw one in everynow and again and then stick the bleeds on while there down becase you get a 50% damage bonus (or something around there)to a knockdowned opponent which is great on those elders. alsoe with master brawler you can use the mind posion lvas you loot of ns which even an averag mind posion pike is 20 or so strenght stronger than your janta knifes and usually have a much higher duration

take anything but elders and the queen if u see here ummm attack her just to say u did but u will die. Am i remebering wrong or can doctors apply disease? if so it might be possible fo u to disease the elder and just tank away while healing your slef and eating mind foods to keep your mind up and a moun if ur mind is about to go.
