if you're talking about large-scale pvp... base raids, I'd go with fencer. But usually when it comes to duels TKM comes out on top if you're not a very good fencer, as in you don't know how to pull of strong combos and yeh...

i'm master of both, and stun armour and psg's make most stun batons worthless (unless you have an amazing very high damage acklay baton). So i often resort to using more and more tks moves. To those of you who who have only recently taken up fencer because you think it is the "I win" button of pvp i'll beat you with tka just to show you. The trick is to learn how to use tka to be effective in pvp.
