Unsliced whats the best stun baton stats anyone has seen.. and on that note whats the best 1h weapon in stats for just normal hunting/killing

Okay, lets do some comparisons....I'll provide the TKA information.
TKM speed = Master Fencer speed with every weapon (1 second with cap)
TKM will usually never use a VK in a duel because ham costs are too high, so lets just scratch the VK comparison to other fencer weapons.... The only time he will use it is if the fencer is wearing armor (VK is AP1). Also, unarmed damage doesnt add +250, it is +250% to whatever your normal damage may be. On average, a TKM with no VK equipped against an unarmored opponent hits for 450 damage. But of course, specials change this. UH 3 does 4x damage which equates to 1800 average hit. subtract pvp damage reduction and that comes to 450 again, then subtract 1handed toughness at master (24?) and that goes down to 335 damage per hit. In most duels, dizzy+kd isn't allowed because dizzy is slightly bugged (movement doesnt cause you to stand, which forces the dizzy+kd victim to use /stand, which means many uninformed people spam /stand and fall down again even after standing.)Defensive acuity is bugged right now so it doesnt work. Fencer's dodge however works fine. Our melee defense is the same at master as a trandoshan (+74). Center of Being is the one way a master fencer can win a duel against tka in combat, because it doubles their dodge skill which means they dodge almost every attack. However the fencer's damage output against a TKM will be signifigantly less considering the TKM has 59 unarmed toughness (59% damage reduction to all melee attacks) whereas a fencer has less than half that. This current data suggests that a TKA vs Fencer duel would be quite interesting and in a contest of pure damage output/tanking ability the fencer is now comparable to the TKA with CoB and badass dodge bonuses. However, I've dueled several fencers using CoB and special moves and there's hardly a contest.This could just mean that the fencers didnt know what they're doing.After all damage reductions they were hitting me for nothing even though I only landed a few hits on them. Bleed in pvp is worthless, so I dont even count that in. 300 DoT is nothing when a TKA can hit a player for 300 per second. I've never seen a fencer spam their master level attack like a TKM can so I'm not sure how that would compare. When they fix defensive acuity, the balance will shift far into the TKM's favor again, but for now without defensive acuity the two are fairly even in my opinion. The TKM has higher damage output but the fencer has a much higher rate of damage avoidance.
