Do you have to be a master brawler to get Cob?

You get it with novice brawler and it keeps getting better and better as you go up the trees.

SorryI couldnt help on the abbreviation, I just dont pay attention to these things. Hopefully someone else can help you there.

So this might be a dumb question, but I'll ask anyways. Would Cob on unarmed/2h effect the Cob for 1h?

Command line is /centerOfBeing, I'm not sure what else works, but the button can be found under Other in your button hotkey selection.
