Confirmed in the Dev chat, cap for primary and secondary defenses is 125. State defenses are uncapped.

I just did a few tests. Dueling a master TK (accuracy 205) without knuckles. From these results I can only assume the melee defense cap is NOT 125, but somewhere above 171.
With clothes, 183 melee defense:
488 swings, 53 misses, 27 dodges. (53/488=11%)
Then I did without clothes, 171 melee defense:
514 swings, 44 misses, 28 dodges. (44/514=9%)
... and just in case it was my 514 BF that was making me take more hits on the secone run...
with clothes again (183 melee defense)
140 swings, 16 misses, 6 dodges. (16/140=11%)
I understand statistics may say this is too close to call different. But it's enough for me to keep the defenses I have as is and assume the difference is due to the attack modifier changes.

Mmm... I don't think I'm ready to accept the fact that the Devs are lying/wrong on the basis of two tests. Anyone willing to conduct more? =)

Im just getting upset because its been days now since the patch and yet not one solid answer to these questions yet everyone is asking. How can I plan a new template or begin to grind when i dont have all the answers. The lack of communication of a patch is reall horrible on the Devs side

Since they hardcapped the defensive mods and stuff.....are they also gonna hardcap accuracy?
Since people can now be hittable, accuracy mods stacking should also be capped at a certain point.
Just today, a commando hit me with 5 out of 5 times with his flame thrower.....that was not the same before this defensive stack cap took place

At the stratics conference last night they confirmed everything we need to know.
+125 is the hardcap for dodge/block/counterattack and melee/ranged defense.
There was no mention of the cap on the def vs. mods but it was said by TH a while back that you always have a 10% chance of inflicting these (stun, blind, dizzy, kd, posture, etc)so to my understanding, there had already been a hardcap of +90 instated. 
They also confirmed that the added bonuses from SL would still apply, so i would assume any food/SEA bonuses may also apply.

The rifleman Coreespondant Confirmed that SEAs will make you exceed the cap of 125 and that Food would also, also reafirmed by the Chef correspondant
The only 2 questions i have are:
1) Will Center OF Being?
2)the +10 a Doshan gets, will that exceed the cap?
