Depends on a few things

Just want to hunt somewhere other than Naboo?
Tat, Rori, Talus , Corr all good places

I would recommend Rori if you started on Naboo because there are some of the same creatures, Tusk cats, hermit spiders, yet there are new creatures. In other words its fimilar enough not to freak ya out when a levilsquall chases you and you run into a tusk cat lair. Fimilar yet differant. Great Place

Talus and Corr can be some what tricky if your not paying attention , Crimison Razor cats, wrixs, lesser sludge panthers.

Want to Harvest Hides for sales? Depends on the galaxy and current shift.

For a good time hit endor/dath/dant/lok group up and have fun. Lots of very high level stuff on those planets

Wanna have even more fun, go try petting a Mutated Bull Rancor on Dathmoir

Being in a group on any of the tough planets will yield a high exp gain. However - there is nothing like battling those dang baz's on dathomir - non-stop blast fest.

A "tank" is osmething that takes all teh damage from the mob, so that it is not hurting y ou at all. Tanks mostly mean a pet.

I want to expand upon the question of where to hunt, if that's ok. Besides where to hunt, what should i be hunting. I was on Tatooine last night and doing some hunting outside Mas Espa, what would be good to hunt there. I'm only a novice. I have novice marksman, brawler, and scout skills. There were lesser wamp rats, and i believe there were called rylls (ugly lizards), and those frogs (like the one that burped in ROTJ). I got the stuffing beaten out of me by a wamp rat in town and also got the stuffing creamed out of me by these spider/ bug like creatures on a "destroy mission". Any idea which of these creatures I should stress on, should I look for other creatures. Also, any advice on how to kill'em.

Best place I have found to hunt is on tatoine. Walk around outside the starport on Bestine and you can usually find a huntng party. Join it and you can go off and get some excellent xp.

Question. Where are there some good places to hunt with small newbie-ish parties? Me and a few friends just started up and wanted to go out and hunt together where there are some constant spawns.

Can anyone recommend some places for groups where 2-5 people can hunt and not get mauled?

Go to Restuss, Rori. Right outside youll find some Squalls, vir vurs, ikopi, and nightspiders. Each one of these give at least 100 exp. But be careful about squalls and vir vurs b/c sometimes they aggro.

I just made master marksman last night alone...got my last 15000mexp points on Naboo In Kaadara..I love the beach there and there sre groups of mobs all alone it..I hunted alone and it took me approx 3 hrs..I was sooo tired and wanted to go to bed,,but wanted master worse..go there its fun for a party of two

As a close to master the time has come for mee to journey out and kill things besides 'naffs for monet and glory. I can understand you'll have a hard time taking on the really harsh environment, especially as only master fencer, however, what would be your suggestions for a player without the expensive armors/weapons to take on? I'd really like both non-buffed and of course buffed suggstions, I mostly go without buffing. I've heard Jantas pay off well for instance, any hope on taking down those? Which planet/city would be the place?

For unbuffed fun:

Lok

I think that unbuffed, you should be able to kill Nym's and other misc pirates on Lok - you can get missions for them from the mission terminal. In the last week I've looted the glass tabletop adhesive, a 2h speed +2 tape, and a few other nice loots.

Dantooine

You can also kill all the jantas, mokks, kungas on Dantooine I'd think without too much trouble. They drop nice DOT weapons from time to time as well as crystals and other misc loot. You should be able to

Endor

There are several POI's on Endor that house cuddly little ewoks whose skulls you can crack without breaking too much of a sweat. They drop skill tapes and misc loot and there are locked containers in their caves that sometimes hold decent loots also.

Talus

Aakuans are everywhere on Talus - you can go to their cave or take missions for them from the mission terminal. They drop poison/disease resist robes, ranged defense rings, skill tapes, and other loots that you can turn in for decent cash.

Corellia

Nyax, located at the Lord Nyax POI drop OK loots, such as nyax swords and SEAsand should be able to be killed without buffs. Avoid Lord Nyax at the bottom of the POI if you aren't buffed and ready with a good group.

Tatooine

Tuskens can be found all over the planet or at the Fort Tusken POI. They are known to drop some of the best loots in the game from mind poison gaffis and rifles to chef experimentation SEAs and other nice loots. They can be soloed unbuffed, but beware of large groups and avoid the Observers and Kings. Jawas also have dropped decent loot from time to time - they spawn throughout the planet and have been known to drop "legendary" jawa ion rifles.

Fun with buffs:

Yavin 4

The Genosian caves have all kinds of fun enemies to take on. Most can be killed with just fencer skills, but beware of enhanced kwis and acklay at the end of the caves - you will need backup besides just fencer skills.

Tatooine

Krayts can be tanked forever with just fencer skills and if you have decent DOT weapons or a riflemen behind you shooting away, you can take them with relative ease.

Lok

Kimoglias are fun and all but the Giant Dune Kimos can be killed with just fencer skills, just be ready to have it take quite awhile.

Dathomir

Nightsisters and Singing Mountain Clan witches live on Dathomir and are a lot of fun for buffed and stuffed fencers to try their hand at. Fight NS's at your own risk, they have strong defenses, they havetheir force powers back and have high damage output - make sure you examine each one before you attack or you'll be in the cloner.

There's more fun stuff out there, but that's a starter list. Have fun.
