Some NPCs are currently dropping bugged weapons that reflect their damage rather than proper weapon stats, only heard about that rantok and the two handed sword from the nightsisters so far, but I guess there are others.
I wouldnt go all out to try and get one either, when they fix the bug they will more than likely fix/break/remove the bugged weapons that have dropped.
