Wow, this is messed up, the best correspondentof the forumss leaving because she didnt receive the respect she deserved due to trolls and the like.

However....if none of us is willing to nominate anyone to succeed you, doesnt that mean you'll stay?

I am very sorry to see you leave, the loss for the fencer comunity will be had to cope with

Fairly new to Fencing also. When I knew I wanted fencing to follow master brawler, I starting coming here to learn anything I could about the profession prior to diving in. Reading your posts with such detailed experimentation and laid out so clearly that any fool could be a master fencer in their mind, long before their avatar arrived impressed me more than you can know.
You are part of the glue that holds the fencing community together, as this is one of the most flame-free zones on the SWG website. I have never seen a profession that banded together so tightly and I know it is largely due to the fact that we all know that our voice is being heard and that our corr cares about the profession as much, if not more, than we do.

You will be missed and those HUGE shoes of your will be hard to fill.

Luck in life and look forward to hearing your views inthe future, whether you are a corr or not.

You are irreplaceable. Perhaps, after your rl 'stuff' is sorted out, you'll consider returning.

I hope to *hell* that your decision wasn't influenced by the incessant bullying and whining by certain individuals. They know who they are -- I hope they have the decency to wonder ... just wonder... if their bull didn't somehow, some way,contribute to this.

If it did - perhaps they will learn a valuable lesson. I doubt that it will. One can only hope.

I need to add my voice to this, though I've never posted before on the Fencer boards. I follow a lot of profession threads, and you are BY FAR the best correspondent on these boards. Thank you for your excellent work.

aahhh A sad day indeed for all fencers. Raph you did a wonderful job, and I hope to see you return. You will be missed!
