it wint qualify as the best weapon but it is definately worth mentioning. Last nighti went to go pick up a vibroblade i had a smith exspecially for me( i had this done because i am a weapons colector as well as an aspiring fencer). Asi had ordered it was made from the best resources possible. Sadly we havent had solid petro chem 3 on our server yet so we cant make advanced blade vibro units for them yet. ( remeber this fact when considering the final weapon.) It 21- 104 damage with a sliced speed of 2.8 and HAM cost of 16/29/16. Yes that right 16/29/16. Basically a third of ryyk and half of the curve. It has effectively cut my down time inhalf.The DPHC( damage per health cost ) on this weapon is twice what it is on my ryyk. That meansI do twice as much damage for the same health cost or I do the same damage for half the cost. Not too mention that with a good power up that speed can come down to the 2.4- 2.6 range. All this and it doesnt even have it advanced compenant yet like the ryyks and curved do. Definatley something worth checking out i know i'm not going into battle again with out one on me it might be secondary weapon but it will be on me.

I have a Ryyk blade that has 56-169 dmg at 2.7 speed. It has a wound chance of 36.66. **Sliced**. Before slicing it was 45-148 w/ a 2.7 speed.

Doing Jabba missions to get a rantok sword and gonna get that sliced.

I've got a sliced gadderiffi baton doing 83-173 damage at 5.4 speed... The slice only increased the damage 20% though...

Rantok swords can be made by a very high level weaponsmith. Most dont seem to go into melee weapon crafting frist picking ranged weapons instead.

BUt maybe they have there own shops out in the boonies and I just dont know where they are.

all the non-crafted weaps with 2.0 speed are the bugged weaps as some like to call (some say they are there from devs -- more believable). Well anyway my sword is 97 - 215 damage, 2.4 speed 35.5 wound chance and hams arent that bad either. (Btw, the damage got sliced obviously heh)

Wow that is one kick ass sword.

I just purchased a sweet curved blade from a Master Weaponsmith in my galaxy, Ahazi, Asenka you may be able to guess who It is fresh off the crafting station and does 68-159 base dmg and has an attack speed of 2.6! however it is brutal on the ham bars. 32/58/42. ouch! does anyone know if a smuggler could slice that. It owns mobs but i have too much down time healing the mind after.

Actually Psquire, did you get that from Kaoz or Vlad? I hear Vlad on naboo in his Ivory Tower makes good melee, but I haven't checked the place out yet.

That is a VERY nice sword. If you're lucky you can slice that weapon down to nearly 2.0 seconds or less. That would be VERY VERY nice. Yes, get it sliced ASAP.

Get some medic+scout skills to remove your downtime. I have almost no down time, unless I die and forgot to clone. Don't wear armor, or wear as few as you can with minimal HAM depletion (I only wear boots, and sometimes one Ubese arm bracer 25% kineticwhen the going gets really tough).

Look for Laguna or Ridley for slicing. Also ask around Kaoz's place, they all know who the current slicers are. Bring a weapons upgrade kit for a discount.

hm those curved must not be fully experimented, the master weaponsmith on my server makes curves about 69-165 2.4 speed (unsliced, etc). Btw dont get ryyk blades they look bad and stats are worse then on curves

hate to sound like a noob, but what is "SLICED" ?

just got my Ryyk sliced 2.3 speed 34-141 dmg. im going to keep buying Ryyks till i can get THE best i can possibly get. I have yet to even see a curved sword on my server...melee weapons are hard to come by on flurry i have noticed...
