if you wanna be elite and you got the $$, you get 90base, 50stun RIS. and with the lower HAM costs. youll kick ass.....but it doesnt matter at all these days...too many mind dotwhores
Not really worth it using R.I.S. for PvP. Firstly, you wouldn't get 50 Stun, and if you did, you could get it on Composite, and besides, you can get 90% Base composite with stun resists, and also has resists to acid, so basically, using R.I.S. for PvP is.. pointless.

First of all I am sorry to break the news for you:
RIS armor, as well as Mandolorian armor, is useless. It looks cool, its nice to put on display, wearing it is shows your status - but that is about it. As far as combat gows, Composite is just a better armor.
Why?
Composite is not vulnerable to anything except for lightsaber. I have a set of gloves/chest/helmet/boots (thats all you need), base 90 stun 40. Cost me less than 500k. Not only is it 100 times cheaper than the RIS armor you are suggesting, it is also BETTER. HAM costs are nothing - until combat balance.
If you have 50 million to spend - there are better ways. A month ago a rifle went for 17 mil on Wanderhome - Exceptional T21 with 700-1800 damage I think. Now that is a great investment. Or get a legendary stun baton if you are a fencer. Something that is actually useful. Heck for about 20 mil you can get some insane dot pike, mind fire vk... anything!

You'd think that RIS would be better than Composite in pretty much every way. It is harder to get from what I've heard. It also looks better.
