hey there,

i think i know what u are talking about when ur curved sword turns upside down and reappears in your hand. i think its just a fancy move done very quickly. imo , i think its just a way the fencer can attain a better grip on his sword, sorta along the lines of a tennis racket....you know you'd give it a few twist from time to time, just for the heck of it. i dont really think it is a glitch. more like an animation that was trying to convey the quickness of the hands that a fencer would have. (btw im a fencer too, so im not just pulling $hit out of my arse. ) hopefully that gives you some kind of insight.
