what drops these things?

I'm working on getting Novice Fencer in Bloodfin - where do you find these things? (What are the called and under what category on the Bazaar - and can they be crafted?)

I was wondering about the locations where some of the nicer skill mods can be found. I totally understand its random from NPCs, but I would assume the harder the NPC, the better potential mod. Any suggestions on where to find such NPCs? I have theorized Maulers on Naboo, or various Imperial/Rebel folks, but any ideas would be great to share

If you are going to look on bazaar for skill enhancments look under Misc. then Items. Examine them carefully to be sure you are getting the right type, as has been stated in this thread some do not work currently as they are for socketed armor which has yet to appear in the game. You want the roll of tape type, not the square plate type.

I've seen a 5-socket travel pack.

But hell if I know how to put an attachment on THAT...

Yeah, I've been colecting these. Got a 4 sock boots, ribbed pants, padded jacket, soft undershirt, tipless gloves, and bounty hunter pack. Managed to toss on a +2 1H damage and a +2 1H evasion on the boots but that's all the decent ones I can find. Everything else that I have like my 1H damage +4 and +3 and my +1H dodge +3 and my counterattacks and my defense vs. KD's are all panels, so I'm *really* looking forward to see those socketed armor pieces. =X
