You are correct, Dodge does NOT stack with Block. My sentence was intended to state that things with identical names from other professions stack. Skills such as Dodge and Block are dependent upon the appropriate weaponbeing equipped. IE: Dodge with a One-handed Weapon or Pistol gives full value, but with no weapon or a non-qualified weapon you only receive your initial Dodge value which is less than a 1% chance to Dodge.

Ihave performed substantial testing to verify this, and the results/proof will be posted as part of the undergoing FAQ project.
