yea a good damage slice gaffi will ake that 222 curved poop my gaffi is max 299 cant remeber the min that is with a 35% damage slcie and at master fencer everythign hits speed cap lol

Okay, I just started as Fencer on a different server. Seriously, I did not know the Gaffi was the best weapon a Fencer could own. I have a Ryyk Blade that hits for 216max (after slicing).
The Gaffi Stick, based on its canon SW history, would seem to me to be a more suitable weapon for an intermediate Pikeman, imo.
It takes a very long time to grind to Master Fencer alone (I noticed the exp requirements for all non-gun-using-professions are that way). The Fencer moves are interesting, but the weapons could stand to be improved upon. As I get further along, (I'm 0-0-0-0 Novice now) and become more familiar with the profession, I will post my opinion on the In Concept forum.

im all about the gaffi stick..yes it incurs more damage than the curved sword but the biggest thing for me is the mind cost...which is less than any batonn or sword....i took out 12 bolle bols at once yesterday with spin attack 2...if i was using curved sword i would have lost my mind

well i have a ryyk blade that totaly batters any gad batton on max dam and maches it on speed. (max dam of 362 speed 3.6) but thats not the point, the point is that gad battons cant have rankor tooth in them. Other weapons pass them at this level if i would have caught the maker of this sword b4 he finished it i would have screamed at him to put the mighty as it was rankor tooth into a stun batton as i know stuns can have rankor tooth in them
i dont know about curved swords though, anyone know if curved swords can have rankor tooth in them?
p.s. i still prefure the gad

yes curved sword's can have rancor tooth in them.
the 222 dmg mine does is sliced but without a powerup.
btw. are there actually melee powerups that have min/max dmg?

I was thinking maybe we could have a whip sword or maybe a sword were all you see is the hilt and when its waved energy waves you cant see hit the target. Call it a Wind blade or something like that. And maybe a blade that looks smiler to a lightsaber but its just fire being shot out and a concentrated rate. Also duel blades would look cool. Like A staff saber in a sense thats basicly just two 1 handed curved swords connected. Even though it would look move like a pikeman weopon it would be cool. Also how bout 2 swords being able to be used at once. you can have 2 diffrent or same swords in one hand. that would be cool. Please leave some feed back.

So far I havent found a Gaffi with better DPS then my Curved sword.
I'll post stats later today.

I seem to be using my stun baton alot. That and the gaffi stick. Sure would like to usea whip sword or something like it instead of a stupid looking baton or gaffi stick. Swords are more graceful and that's what I imagined a fencer would use.
A sword in each hand would be really cool. I'd love it!
