Thread: Dizzy-Lunge, when does it stop being effective?

Lunge 2 KD's them but if you hit them with a quick dizzy , they won't get up for a while . Sadly it is much weaker now, IF they don't dodge your lunge (been doing it more) then you can own them. When playing agianst ranged players they use threatning shot (ithink) it clears your cue and you can't lunge them.

i just wanted to add my 2 cents as a novice fencer, first off find the fastest weapon possible. For me it was a 1.7 speed curved sword so it has medium mind cost. Second always use lunge then dizzy vs mobs(dunno if they changed it but mobs take more time to get up than PCS). And in PvP use dizzy then lunge if your not fighting someone who has a KD(you will never get the lunge off after dizzying if you wait).

Hahahah, I just read above where someone said they doubt they would ever nerf our class of lunge/dizzy. Hahahah.

Use blind first, it seems that I have more success landing the lounge + dizzy combo after that..even if it does only last 2-3 seconds.



Really...Save using lounge until you start to feel the NPC is changing the momentum..as lounge will normally work better when the NPC has taken damage.
