ok seems the best spawn on your server is SR 712, im not sure how good that is, im guessing about average..

anyway leloc is the material you want to be looking for (or ask your chosen weaponsmith to make it with), should be some available as its only been unavailable for a couple of months- or wait for a better spawn on shadowfire..

What others have said.. the mid 580's is probably what you will have max damage wise.

Just take a regular power hammer made by the weaponsmith and then minus 41(this is the stats of the advanced reinformcemtn core) from min and max damage. Then add in the stats of the acklay bones to give you the stats of your hammer give or take a few points.
