Researching another post, I read that Def vs Knockdown, Dizzy, et. al. were maxed at 90.
Can anyone confirm this?

It's either 90 or 95... can't remember which.
I would like to find out fast because this will make a huge differance in how i set up my new template.
Currently my Defence Vs Knockdown will be like +115 if this is a waste then i want to change my set up.

Because PvP would turn into a boxing match. Basically just trading blows toe to toe. The odds of getting someone down would be almost impossible is everyone was capped.

why would they cap them at 90-95 when the defence caps are 125 ?

They operate on a pure Percentage chance to avoid a state effect. And there is no opposing modifier.
Thus 95 means you will only get a state effect on you 5% of the time.

It was my understanding that State Changes worked with multiple die sets, and that the cap on state defenses was 125. The higher your resist, the more the die roll has to beat.

Pretty sure it was said to be 90% as there was always a 10% chance of being affected by a state. Also, I have had templates with 100+ state defense scores and noticed NO difference in resisting said states vs having 90s in those scores.
But then, the Devs have shown a disturbing lack of knowledge of the code they have inherited, so who really knows?
