Wanna duel?
I think I can demonstrate pretty well some issues that I seriously believe need to be addressed. And sure, I could type out another long post, that people will just doubt what I say, perhaps however, if they saw what I was talking about, if you saw what I was talking about.
And yea, I know, combat rebalance, but it doesn'thurt to push for them anyway, right?
So, how about it, we can meet in Libertas, Rori. I have a bunch of members that can serve has models for other types of players to duelas well, TKM's, stackers, ranged, etc etc
So...how bout it?

I personally like;
"Your going down to China town!"
But really, Minerunner, come on, the point is not winning and loosing, merely to show you some concepts perhaps you may not of had experience with.

Damage Output is really number one. Everyone says we have bad damage, but I don't think most people really realize just how bad it is until they've fought a melee opponent with a 60% Stun PSG, mitigation, and synthsteak. The fact is - their is no damage at that point. Absolutly zero, I joke not.
Fencer is the number one "Defensive Profession" supposively. How about paring your defenses against other melee professions? I've run many tests, and Swordsman, Teras Kasi Artists, etc, dodge, counterattack, or just simply have weapons miss them the same amount as we do. (All tests were done with a rifleman who has capped accuracy, under accurate controled conditions)
Will write more later...ALCS is on now

We know damage output is low. That's one of the cons of fencer. My old 734 dmg baton did on average 60 damage to a rifleman wearing stun armor and a psg, andhe didn't even havemelee mitigation and melee toughness.
That's why the fencer with the better dots wins the day.

Tal,
All of your points I've tested myself. I've had others test it. I've done those same ones versus PVE as well.
All I can say is that none of what is, will be.

feh, spoilsport (:
But really, isn't fair, for our damage output we get hit the same amount of times as a Swordsman with a COB macro =(

Actually we get hit more because our fights last far longer...
No it's not fair.
But it will be a moot point, I gaurentee that.

Not because the fights last longer.
Rifleman with maxxed accuracy at 40 meters for 50 shots, did it against a Fencer, and a swordsman.
Both running a COB macro, both with nothing more then their base states and a weapon.
In three tests, the swordsman came out once the same, and twice atop.
Edited for calrity and spelling.
