Well I decided to use my holocron and it said Master Fencer.

I am excited about this I was going to go triple master but this looks like fun.

I am thinking

Master Smuggler - Blademaster - Pistoleer 0/4/4/4

I am going to keep the stat defenses rather then dodge since they have already made it so pistoleer and fencer dodge dont stack.(Personally I think they should just have a max dodge level so even if you stack you can only get so hi)

Anyways Im just curious if anyone else is doing anything like this and if so hows it been for you?

P.S. anyone else read SnowCrash. I am going to be the hacking swordsman.

I'm just started heading in that direction myself, seems like Fencer/Pistoleer/Smuggler mesh together quite nicely, even if dodges no longer stack - combined defences are still very impressive. Currently Master Smuggler/Pistoleer 1102/Novice Fencer, so a way to go yet.

However, I would like to make it clear that I am a gun-toting, knife-wielding, East Mos Eisley pimp daddy... not a pirate

um when did they make it so pistoleer and fencer dodge does nt stack ??

I was doing the smuggler/fencer/pistoleer thing for a while and I really enjoyed it. Recently, I found I was using my fencer skills much more often than my pistoleer skills so I dropped pistoleer and picked up master brawler. With master brawler and +25 intimidate/warcry BE clothing intimidate2 and warcry2 are very useful (along with lunge2).

If you use a nice damaged sliced gaderiffi baton the fencer bleeds are better than the pistoleer bleeds. Using COB, bleeds and feign death there aren't many things you can't kill. Bleeds really help against higher AR/resist mobs since bleeds seem to ignore these defenses and we lack any decent AP + damage weapons. They also help because our specials have a high cost/damage ratio.

I could never quite master the fast weapon changing necessary to really mix the fencer/pistol skills the way I wanted to. For example some permutation of a dizzy, blind, stun, knockdown, bleed/heathHit/lowBlow combo. If you can do this effectively you could create some powerful combos.

I was also thinking of joining the fencer ranks, but I must find my other fencer first... the one with the glow-stick.

I'm not sure they dropped the doge stack. Where is this posted?

Pistol and fencer dodge still stack.
