Got this shirt months ago and was wondering its worth 
Ubese Shirt +25 One hand melee damage +20 One Hand Counter Attack
I also use a Ubese Bandolier with +5 Dodge +5 One Hand Counter Attack +8 One Hand Speed +7 One Hand Accuracy\

I am shure u get som chash for it... but the Ubese shirt aint worth a **edit**
.... none of those tapes work cause they aint any skills on the tree that got the dame One hand Counter attach. and there is also no skill that have the name One hand melee damage... The bandolier might be worth some thogh... dodge, speed and accuracy are all working skills. To bad with those nice 25 and 20 tapes

actually that shirts worth alot, the counterattack will work with one-handed if u have novice swordman and counterattack tree

it was officaly stated long long long long time ago. That if your holding a 1 handed weapon you DO not get block/counter bonus from other professions, / vise versa. and 1 handed dmg dose not work at all cause it dose not show in the fencer tree, nor dose 1 handed counter.
they were attachments that were suppose too stop dropping long time ago, and still somehow get droped

I fought a TKA holding a knuckler, its showed hit counter-attack alot of my shots. So it only works TKA then?

So technically the shirt be worth the most to either Swordsman or TKA thatdabble in swordsman?

It was officially stated long ago that One-handed Damage attachments have no effect?
Could you provide a reference please, or can anyone else confirm this?

Get in game press Ctl+S, got to the fencer skill tree and look for counter attack mods/damage mods.

I have done, -shadow-. I have One-handed damage attachments and it says "One-handed damage: 0/+10" or so.
I'm looking for confirmation that the +10 does or doesn't actually increase my damage. Due to the more random nature of the "die rolls" it's hard to tell just by testing.

it doesnt, they were old pre-beta and beta mods that were taken out on launch..
