Thread: How is fencer vs jedi?

Well i used to be the classic tkm/bh but i got hella bored of that and now im grinding fencer and pistols, but im wondering how im gonna do with this template?
Master fencer
bh 3/0/4/0
pistoleer 0/0/4/3
With that i would have alot of defenses, but im wondering how is the fencer prof vs jedi?

It's good if you have a great weapon. Imo, you should change your template by dropping pistoleer and taking medic. Before each fight take a thaktillo (kd defense food) and you'll have 150 kd defense. You will need medic when fighting jedi.

u dont hav enuff sp for that template, u can only hav pistols 0040.... that looks like a great template either way, youl need an uberweapon tho

Fencer+knockdown food+ 400-500 max Gaffi+invest 3= jedi OWNED
Nuff said....
oh, don't forget your synthesteak.... pikatta pie helps, and you'll need some medic

Well im working on the uber gaffi, but at the moment i have a 178 mind fire and 110 mind poison until i get the gaffi

you should pick up 1xxx pistols if you have enough sp, it'll cap you on dodge

My template:
Master Fencer
Pistoleer 0003 (melee defense)
Novice Medic
Investigation 3
I do quite well against jedi, I need a more powerful gaffi though

tkm/m fencer/m swords is a GREAT template (tried it myself once) the only problem with it is theres not enough skill points for medic, so i decide to stick with m swords/m fencer, tk 4300 nov medic m brawler
im actually tkm/m fencer/m brawler/n med/ 0300 swords because i foolishly gave up swordsman in the hopes of finding a good melee/ranged proffesion, but i couldnt bear any ranged proffesions grind 
now im regrinding to get back to the earlier stated template

I pvp jedi
my template is master brawler, master fencer 4000 doc
and in duels and pvp I can kick thecrap outta jedi no problem
Jedi Knights can be a challenge but intim,warcry and CoB for tehwin!!!!!!!!!

I tried this template on TC-Ahazi the other night... got completely owned by every jedi I fought. This could be lack of Synth and lack of a good weapon, but I could barely scratch the jedi with the 200 max gaffi they gave me from char builder.

This is exactly why I don't test templates on the TC servers lol 
200 max is awful.
My grinding Gaffi is 287 max. And that's still fairly weak, even for a grinding Gaffi.
I know that everyone seems to be saying that Stun batons arent as useful anymore because of unbreakable PSGs etc. But I believe the resistance is combined, not added together, so it's not 90% stun. It is infact 60% Stun. This is what I have been told anyway. I use a 188-411 Stun baton, and that does the trick againt jedi also.
