Updated today. Town got emails as usual. Zero exp for the mayor. Need help please with this. Kauri - Mos Vista - Tatooine- Bryar is the Mayor.

Same here, I did not get any xp at all. Got the emails saying I won and such.

No xp here either. I put in a CS ticket, I don't suppose there is anything else we can do.

I finally got my exp..Guess things are a bit laggy

Took us six days to get our XP from last election, and it required a CS ticket...

Yay! Two hours late (and I'm tired!) but my city finally expanded followed by a 15minute trickle of emails. Now if I'd only set up the clone center on the side of the cantina that I'd intended I'd be ok Man I hate these one shot placements or destroy, get a new one and hope it lets you put it up. But yup! Just had to wait it out, thanks for the post on what the 'error' meant.

This is the first time since the launch of Player Cities that I did not get experience when the city finished updating. This is also the first week since placing the city that we did not expand a size. Is it possible that these two things are related?

CSR ticket in.

The servers came down just as our city was due to expand. After logging on afterwards the city is still the same size, the mayor got no exp and there are no voting results. In addition, if you try to find out when the next scheduled update for the city is you get 'error'. Yah, I've entered a ticket, now waiting the 2 weeks for reply.

"error" is the usual message you get while the election is in process. Usually only takes an hour or so though, not the 2 weeks you say you've been waiting

My city processed, we got all the emails at the end of the election, but I got no xp.

This is the first week I haven't been online during the election period, and also the first week we haven't grown but stayed at the same size. I don't know if either of these contributed to not getting xp.

Hmmm so it might be slowly working through the cities and just hasn't finished yet? I was offline on all previous votes and haven't lost any exp (yet). Hopefully the city will finally expand and I'll be able to delete my ticket (the 2 weeks I'm referring to is the FASTEST response I got to a CSR ticket in this game, and I've had doozys). The last ticket I had to put in was due to not being able to redeed my house since it thought it had 5 items in it. That took 3 weeks. Then the next day they added the 'find lost items' command

We have expanded EVERY week and I have been logged in during that expansion EVERY week except this one and this is the first week I did not get my exp. I have submitted a ticket. Waiting on CSRs to answer it.

First time not getting xp, also first time we didn't grow. Also first time I wasn't logged in when the city updated.

What's the general consensus here, put in a ticket anyway?

God this is so frustrating. We have to wait a week to get any xp at all and then you don't even get that.

This profession is so **edit**ed up and bugged all the time.

And do we even HAVE a correspondent anymore?
