It has been really quiet on the DEV's side of things lately until about last week and communication has picked up once again.
We were asked again for Critical Issues for our profession the other day my JFreeman, I submited our bugs and hope that we get some sort of updates or even responses to them in the next few bug fix publishes =). Keep your fingers crossed, I'm really hoping they will look at Bleed's since it really is an Issue with 3 professions total. Also lunge.

Hurray! lets hope some fixes are on the way
top issue i agree is bleed, scatter hit needs to be changed, lunge could use some love, and i think fencer should get an area attack because in the CU documentation it lists fencer as....

EDIT: I also think we should be more accurate than swordsman and much faster...after all...we are fencers

One of the solutions I suggested for Scatter hit is make it a low damage area attack so it better fits it's description so that would take care of 2 of your issues =)

Lunge, Bleed, and Blind. That's all I ask.
Could we perhaps see a root that breaks on damage, if we can't get a KD back?

are crafted weapons are sub par as well. My friend has a post-curb craftedPH which has a SAC of around 83 damage 400-950 and 1.9 speed. I think those where the stats.
Now all the batons I've found are pre-curb and the best I've found is SAC84 damage 412-820 speed 1.84. Big difference there.
Yeah lunge, bleed, blind are all borked
Oh and you can go master swordsman fencer 0404 and have more accuracy and speed using 1handed weapons that a master fencer.

Aye, I fought one of those today actually. I was wondering why a master swordsman was using a blade of nyenthi'oris...

Master swordsman fencer 0404 gets more general accuracy and speed plus all the 1 handed speed and accuracy from 0x00 fencer line, then a fencer dabbler.
MF S0044 gets acc 120+90=210 speed 25+65=90

MS F0404 gets gets acc 120+90=210 speed 35+65=100
So a master swordsman dabbling with Fencer 0404 is the same or better at using one handed weapons than a master fencer 
By getting swords and dabbling 0404 fencer you get more powerful attacks fro swords, you get the only worth while attacks from fencer, cripple and binding, you can use great craftedpost-curb hammers, you have just as much skill with the one handedfencer quest weapons and you have access to thestun baton (energy).There's really no real reason to go master fencer, the only reason I am is the style.

look just put our bleed up to par with cm fire even if we have to stack it 2x to get it that high and change scatter to in true fencer mode mabey a disarm shot like real life fencersand we'll be good and mabey throw in a craftable wepon up to par with loots

turning advance lunge into a 10m 10s root would be nice, melee need a root and me as a fencer might as well get it
Though Pikemen are the CC of melee so maybe they should get it 
Lunge, Bleed, Blind, Scatter all need some love. Improved Body hit could do with a slight boost (maybe in speed)to make it slightly better than using head hit from novice swordsman. Crippling Strike needs more time added to duration as once melee is up close to a target they should be able to keep them in range. Currently even Kneecap shot, the shortest duration ranged snare lasts longer than cripping strike.
Like I've said our crafted weapons suck

Bleed would finally give us a way of overloading Doctor heals.

Accually, isn't fencer supposed to be the single target, posture CC, while the pikemen are the group CC? If so, a 10ish second root would really help. The only thing I would worry about is if would be overpowering.
