Thread: Get an ADVANCED Stun Baton

I got one here on Corbantis from Jarrod, he might be out of the stones that he needs to make more though.

The low end damage is in the 70's and up to the 130's. The speed is 2.5 unsliced. If the damage get's sliced it will be worth it, if the speed get's sliced it will be completely situational because my curved will still do more damage faster. Keep in my the ham costs are relatively low but still high enough to switch to the vibro.

I have an ADV Gad Baton sliced for speed (down to 2.7) and it is by far the best weapon I have ever used. The durability is terrible, I need to get it repaired before it's too late.

As it stands right now my curved sword (regular but with high quality components) is sliced to 1.8 and stands greater than my ADV stun baton unsliced.

The attic was less to us from the cellar the bones like the attic let them have it let them stay in the attic. When they sometimes come down the stairs at night and stand perplexed behind the door and headboard of the bed brushing that chalky skull with chalky fingers with sounds like the dry rattling of a shutter. Thats what I sit up in the dark to say.

yeah, i got one myself, got it sliced (not a good slice, max is 161 now). they're definitely worthwhile.

may gaffi with a powerup maxes out at 306 now. i still like a good curved: it's close to a gaffi in damage, little less HAM cost, and very fast.

i have a repair question: should i repair my weapons myself? i'm no crafter at all, and am worried that i need some skill to repair my weapon without destroying it. if anyone knows how this works, please let me know.

From what I understand, it would be better to get a master weaponsmith to do the repair. Latest patch says the most it's been worn out, the less chance of success the repair will be. But, that master weaponsmiths will have a better chance to repair well at any attempt.

excellent, that makes sense. thanks for that info. now, Wizard, explain to me Weapon Upgrade Kits. those are only for crafters right?

i'll sap your knowledge like a Mynock on a YT-1300.

The only problem that I have had with the stun baton (I presume mine is advanced because the damage range is identical to what you cited) is the high mind cost of using special attacks. As best I recall, the mind cost was on the order of 40 or so. Is the same the case with your?

Weapon Upgrade Kits (WUKs) are made by weaponsmiths for use by slicers. Weapon Repair kits are used to fix them.

Initial anecdotal evidence indicates that weaponsmiths and armorsmiths still run a significant risk of messing up a repair after the patch.

Assuming even a 35% (max) weapon slice, then you began with a 98-162 damage Stun Baton? That's really impressive. May I ask what serveryou are on and which weaponsmith made it?

The quality of the Weapon Repair Kit also plays a role, it used to be the only determining factor of success. I'm not sure how it compares with a master's abilities but it could only augment your chances having a good one.

Bloodfin and the weaponsmith's name is Romy, who is also a master smuggler. She has some great weapons.

Some slicers like to assume most players dont know good math, and tell you they got a higher slice than they actualy did.

Assuming you got a good slice on the best stun baton on my server (130max, 2.6 spd) you could get up to and arounds 175. While a good vibroblade could get much higher, have half the ham costs and have light AP to boot. It still isn't worth it for just the stun dmg.
