Thread: Flurry Fencers
I posted this on the Flurry Boards, and thought I'd try here as well.
Since we are few and far between, lets get a list together to help intraining of up and coming Fencers... Those NPC fees can be a huge burden - especially for a non-artisan character.
Give me a tell in game, or send me an email. Hopefully we can make it easier form everyone to advance.

Yes, those can be a real burden.... I've gone broke almost between paying for those and upkeep of harvesters. Anyways, fencer/chef here signing up to help out.

That is cool. I am in the intrepid galaxy. I have seen very few fencers if any. I finally achieved master one hand sword and am now working on getting novice fencer. I hope by the time I am ready to train that there will be more fencer's out there. This is a good idea. I should post something like this on the Intrepid forum.
Good idea.

Hello!
I'm also on flurry. Always happy to meet other fencers as those i have met before have since given up on it for "easier" professions.
In the fencer tree, i'm currently (2-2-1-1) although i should finish adv tech and finesse within a week. I'm also working slowly on becoming a swordsmith.
Look me up any time, i'm always happy to answer questions.

Hi there. I'm a fencer in the Flurry galaxy, and I make my home on Corellia. My name is Woz, and you can find the "Wozzer's Edge" southwest of Tyrena. I have a vendor selling melee weapons and supplies.
Other fencers I have met on Corellia... Joe-Gui-Doe and his wife Xanadu, Uji, and Manfred (I forgot his last name)

Thanks Calanise, I'll add you to the list!!!!

Heya Madchatthew,
I'm glad I could help out! I've found that, in general, the Fencers are pretty level headed, friendly and helpful people. I'm sure that you'll get a similar response.
I've also made a point to start collecting names of weaponsmiths that are interested in making Melee weapons. The 'bigger guys' focus more onranged, hence make better (stats wise) ranged, simply because there's more money in it. (Can you blame them?). The smaller guys are really into the 'craft' of melee weapon making. And those extra drops in HAM are really helpful!!
Regards,
Seena Lonewalker
Greetings Abrodan,
Awesome to hear from you! We're collecting a great group... we'll surely make it easier for those to come!

Also guys, if a group ever wants to form a hunting party... give me a tell; my wryx Bo, and I, are usually up for adventure!

Whoops, forgot to have my wife add in her current stats (calanise). She is currently at (1-2-3-2) and working on getting master fencing technique to finish that tree off. Feel free to give Calanise or I a tell ingame if you need any training, grouping, etc. I'm a SL and have +25 group melee bonus to help her and the other melee people out. We are always looking for more to join the hunting group (course I am always looking for more for selfish reasons hehe).

Gah, forgot to add in that if any of you know of any GOOD melee weaponsmiths to let either Calanise or I know about them. We always have the hardest time finding a decent weapon and are frustrated when talking to some of the master weaponsmiths who only do ranged(bastards)
.

Hiya,
Glad to see there are other fencers on flurry. I have dabbled with pikeman, and 2hander, couldn't decide and finally thought what the hell, and untrained all those points so I can' back out. I'm not super high up the fencer tree 1,2,1,1 (wasted some combat exp on both 2hander and pikeman tree). But I'm committed now for the long all.
