Thread: How to grind Fencer?

Hello,

I want to do Fencer, but I don't want it to take me a months to do. What should I do to make Master Fencer fast?

1. Get yourself a suit of kinetic resistant ubese. You want a Gaffi Stick as well. Also get a crate of brandy.


2. Go to the Dantooine Mining Outpost. Grab a solo group invite and a set of buffs.


3. Regular Quenkers and Huurtons are best missions if I remember correctly at start.


4. Get Footwork line 1st, Techniques 2nd Grips 3rd. Finesse whenever you have enough Combat XP


Should go much faster past footwork 3 due to spin attack 2. Move up to hurton huntress lairs when you can handle them. Hope i didn't miss anything

I saw this post while at work and was gonna post when I got home, but Vegita took the exact words outta my mouth. Thats exactly how I did it. I mastered fancer in about 2 days, could of done it in less then a day if I had the time


One thing I did differently was I went for ravenger quankers, 5K XP each and in a big solo group, that adds up to about 80K per lair. Be warned that ravengers poision so it might be good to have a doc with you or have some doc skills and poison packs

how do u go up the fencer trees do u go up footwork(o400) then which grips(4000) or tech (0040)

Footwork first. Then tech.

I went to Dant to make Novice. Did Quenkers. Then moved up to Savage Quenkers and Plains Pickets. Just stand on/in the lair and spam that area attack. You get spin 1 while making your way up to Novice Fencer. I prefered Pickets because they don't spit. They get up close to give you a hug.


Once you hit Footwork III you're in like Flin. You get your second area attack. Spin 2 I think it was. More than 2x the damage and you blind them at the same time.


I made master in three days of playing. Always master doc buffed and dancer buffs with 2 shotsof brandy and a nice set of Ubese. You'll want to save your comp for other things. Pluss the enc is lighter with Ubese, at least in my case it was.

The Best way is to build up to footwork 4. After that do techniques 4. I grinded fencer from novice to master and at the same tiem made 2mil killing mokks and jantas.

footowork,then techniques, then stances



I support a rollback and keeping & balancing the old combat system.

Haha, that's cool, I'm currently almost master at footwork and was planning on techniques next, glad to hear that I'm on the right track.

I'm currently working on fencer also im 0001 and it is going incredibly slow im killing quenkers I'm using a graff baton 3.4 speed 286 max damage. Im running up to the lair and just using spin attack but it takes me like 15 minutes to kill the quenkers.. im wondering if im doing somthing wrong

the gaffis ur prob, get a curved sword with 1.5 speed or so, itl go so much faster

Thanks, I did that now I'm footwork 4 and using the graff baton again. I kill the quekners in like 30 seconds now

Time for you to move on to Savage Huurtons my friend. Get a solo group and watch as 15+ of them keep popping around you. They were getting me just over 5k exp each per kill.
