Just wanted to let everyone know I wasn't insane about Bio Clothing and SEA's not actually effecting skill above cap.
Basically here it goes.
Skill Box Based Skill Modifiers/SEA's/AA's/BioClothing can only get you to 125 (softcap) in Melee Defense/Ranged Defense/Dodge/Block/Counterattack.
The ONLY method of raising those skills beyond cap is by useing food or SL Bonuses.
And here I thought I was going insane when I thought my Bio Clothing was only getting me killed.

What do you think CoB does? Double Dodge? Increase it by half? Takes off the cap?

Wow, there is a big misconception about this then, myself included. By chance have a dev post for quoting purposes Minerunner? I'd like to post a link on my home boards.
Lol, wonder how many millions of credits have been spent on useless SEAs?

This has been so for awhile, infact if you go back to the original post by TH about Defensive Cap nerfs, I believe it will contain it (:
Thanks for clarifying Minerunner.

What about state defenses? I.e. Defense vs Intimidation, Defense vs Blind, Defense vs Stun, etc. Very curious as to this

actually, rifle speed caps at +97 unless you're shooting a 10 second rifle, and according to the calculators i've seen, fencer caps at +90 unless you're usinga weapon slowerthan 4.2 second
but this is completely off topic from the post...
