not craftable, im assuming a quest item or a drop or something? are they awesome? got a screenie?

Yeah, and you usually just use them for wall hangings, or something of the sort, maybe for sale. Anyone know how much they go for? Anyway, if you plan on getting one, plan on a 30+ missions at jabbas, long and pains taking.

they look nice, with there barbed blade, but the stats are not that great, you can keep doing that part of the quest of jabba to get as many as you can carry. Definatly worth having one in your collection though!

Not much to add to the above. Same stats on every one that is out there unsliced. Average speed, average damage. You can easily find a better wepaon for half the effort.
They are worth having for show though. They look nice, and actually look like a 1 handed sword as opposed to a cane.
They have a slightly interesting Glare effect when you use 1 handed specials with them (like the sun reflects off them better).
I sell them on Wanderhome for about 30k.

Well, I've completed Jabba's quest before they did badges and I threw it away. . .I can't even get one now, but why would I want to? Heck, after I finished the Jabba quests I also got some Commando weapons but in retrospect they were absolute crap. . .the damage on the rocket launcher was horrid. . .
If we need to do a theme park to get one of our high end swords, there's something wrong. I'm new to the fencer forum, so my obvious question is: has this been brought up already?
I know the answer is 99% likely to be yes. . .I'll just wait until random patch X to get it I guess.

guys! have you checked test center! it looks like there giving out new quest prizes, im hoping to god theyve revamped the rantok, unfortunately my guy on tc cant take out jabbas someone will have to find out for us

I'm on lowca, and i have about 3 more missions before I can get the rantok, so if its revamped, will I be able to tell?

you probably won't be able to tell....but there will be the npc record keeper who you can go to and restart any themepark when the new patch comes out. So if you've completed or in the middle of doing a themepark, you can start over and get the badges and the new rewards they will give out......although, I hope they only give the rewards once....or else we are gonna have loads of them around since they are supposed to be better than before.

I have never actually heard what exactly the stats on a rantok are. People just say they suck, and leave it at that. I am curious though about what kind of numbers these things actually have....
