I have a robe that gives +15 battle fatigue and wound healing.

+1 fatigue and wound healing clothes are common...not as loot though... What's common is the skill enhancing tape that gives +1, and you just stick it in some clothes.

That's probably what froglight found. Those skill tapes are only dropped by NPC mobs. However, dancers/musicians can get better bonuses from Bio Engineer enhancements included directly in the clothes made by mid-to-high-level tailors. But then again, if those enhanced clothes have sockets (which 99.44% of tailor items do), they can add a skill tape to boost it even more. Well, that is if the clothing bonuses ever get fixed...

Was that confusing enough? Short answer is that low-bonus tapes are/were common (not sure after the loot drop "adjustment"). Still, you might be able to get 100 or so for it.

Why is it that I catch the details only *after* posting... The spice fiend dropped a jacket, you say?

/sigh

Not sure how common those are, but unless it's a nice looking jacket, a dancer probably wouldn't be interested. They're pretty fashion conscious, you know.
