I know that Bloodfin is the place for PvP action but I wonder if any other Entertainers have taken to leaving the Cantina and joinning the battlefield as Combat Entertainers? I have started to do this as I have found that I can nab a huge amount of Wound Healing XPwhile stationed in a fraction base.
Another way I do it is to be stationed in camps on the battlefield. I usually hook up with a Ranger to do this as we both gain from the process.
So I ask, is this a Bloodfin only attempt at finding more areas outside the cantina for Entertainers or have other servers discovered the benefit of Entertianers in the field of battle?

Nope, you're not the only one. /sigh I personally find PvP distasteful; unfortunately, I'm good friends with some of the most hardcore PvPers on Starsider. So even though I'm a diehard neutral there, I support my friends in battle. I don't think we've ever run into a situation where we were outside a municipal zone and could use a camp, butI park myself in the basement of whatever base I'm deployed to, try to hit all the opposing side's members with /denys (Denial of Service) and move out when directed to fortify another location.
Since I'm a Master Musician, Twi'lek, and have +25 Wound Healing (Music)/(Dance), the Combat Medics can go nuts with the mind heals and not really worry about it. I also have quite a bit of Battle Fatigue Healing (Music) tapes in my buffing outfit, which helps, too.
Now if only I could break all these silly children of the habit of buffing in the city's cantina. I mean...come on! It's the first place the other side's going to scout out, to see if we're mobilizing.
I also go along on krayt and Nightsister hunts, where I do double duty as the mind healing and buffing musician out of scout camps and the psycho twi'lek in the exotic leotard with the power hammer.
Nothing like having a krayt spawn on top of you while you're buffing and going after it in the Exquisite Dancer's Leotard! Thank goodness my husband is a doctor....
