I think these threads are ridiculous. I started dancing because I was bored of the constant buffing/fighting presented by combat. I wanted to talk.
I didn't have a problem mastering any of the classes, I rather liked getting XP for them.
I don't feel pain dancing or playing, I love it. To anyone who does feel pain, stick to TKA.

I'm with you here too. I mastered Dancer completely ATK, no macros, every flourish done manually every step of the way. I can only think of two timesthat I felt that I just wanted to "get through" any of it... that last 100k of healing XP, and Poplock 2.
I don't think that those of us who really want to play entertainers feel any realpain coming up through the ranks. We can entertain and have just as much fun dancing Basic as we can with Exotic 4 (well, okay... it's nice to be able to play something other than just a soloslitherhorn too...). It's about the interaction, and storytelling with other players - not just landing some title over our heads. At least, that's how it is for me.
