I would like a droid that can hold all the effects AND record multiple songs. How is it an exploit if we can do this? I can't call multiple droids - and.. entertainers AREN'T what you'd call a rich class, so we can't all purchase several of these droids, anyway - why should we HAVE to?

I have a battle droid to protect me - and he has ONE battle module (I think) but it has mutliple weapons and attacks - and I dont have to program it to pick the right one - it just goes at it.

It seems the entertainer droid idea was nerfed before it was even implemented. Why couldn't all the effects have been fit into ONE programable effect module - and a recording module be ONE module with several slots? My favorite droid for htis would have been what looks like a shiny metal ball - bigger than a seeker droid (DZ70 model) - I'd LOVE to have this floating droid programed as a glorified Disco Ball - but no... it can only hold two modules.

Does anyone else think the entertainermodule thing was messed up?

My friend is a novice musician and his droid can record songs and do the special effects. Not sure if this is restricted to the musician or dancer class but the droids can do both things.

These new entertainer droids really got me PO'ed. I'm near master musician now and I had hoped to use a droid to get out of the cantina away from the nine million two hundred and fourty six thousand four hundred and eighty two afk hologrinders in the cantina, to my suprise the droid doesn't let you heal outside of the cantina. Hell even the effects don't seem to work. Dancing Jawas=red lasters?? What the hell? Naturally since entertainers are sooooo over powered, I mean, we can cure peoples MIND WOUNDS, how nuts is that, they figured it would be fine to consign us to a being one in a horde of afk'ers to get any experience. I mean, come on, why do they even bother with having entertainers at all? Why not just add a bunch of NPC's who cure your mind wounds for free, it would be the same but without all the pre-release nerfing. Come on devs, we won't suddenly rule the game if we can heal mind wounds or even battle fatigue outside the cantina like oh say, all the medical classes. Hell first, they screw our buffs, like any player wants to wait 17 freaking minutes to get a crummy double secondary, now they make our droids useless. Whats next? Maybe they should take out one of our two horn sounds just so we stay in line.

Camps became obsolete when they made it so you could call pets and vehicles anywhere. My ranger feels it. Camps can only be deployed 800 something meters outside of town, try getting an audience 800 meters in the middle of nowhere. You also can't heal BF in camps. Heres the thing, I think everyone can agree a medic would need far more equipment to heal peoples wounds than an entertainer would to dance or play music, so why is it medics have medical droids they can take anywhere and use to heal at any time, while entertainers, a seriously gimped class mind you that gets no attention, not be able to heal outside a cantina with the appropriate droid? I don't see the sense in thatat all. I can't see how that would cause any unbalance at all.

I have a few points

1. It does suck that you can only record 1 instrument to a song per Playback Module in a droid. What this means is your only real option if you're a musician that likes to change songs alot is to use an R3 Droid and get just 6 Playback Modules and no Entertainer Effect modules. I have two R3 droids now. One that has one Playback Module and all effects but Foam (He is named Beatbox) and another with only Playback Modules (He is named Boombox). They can't have combat to have all these features nor can they have anything but uses of entertainer.

2. Entertainers do have ways to heal outside of Cantinas. They are called "Camps" and "Player Buildings". If they removed the limitations for an entertainer of where they can heal that would pretty much make camps completely obsolete.

3. Sometimes the things people complain about are completely trivial one example is the newly added 15 second wait after you stop performing. The 15 second pause is obviously a fail safe of the speed buff and really doesn't hinder all that much. If people are complaining like that maybe it's really just that they're looking for reasons to leave the profession and should maybe consider just doing it. That's all I have for now.
