I have started http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=droid_engineer&message.id=91308this thread in the Droid Engineer forum with a suggestion I have for a droid module I think would be useful for entertainers: a spotlight lighting module. Wanted to post a link to it here as I don't know how many entertainers actually read the Droid Engineer forums...

Congrats on suggesting a module idea of which I've not yet heard.

One of the only reasons I don't see this getting done soon (even though it's a good idea) is that there just too little 'juice' behind it.

If the Entertainers emphatically screamed that this needed to happen...it might be different.

I might suggest trying to broaden the scope so that it's a more general purpose module to include several 'services':

  • spotlight

  • sound effects

  • displayed / projected Holo-emotes

  • etc.

That might be able to gather some more steam. Just a thought.

Note: I do have an Ent. / Musician alt...so I know some of the issues you all face and will get to know them even better over time...
