Your macro is crashing you or loging you out? Can you flourish by assigning them to your toolbar and press them as you play the game or does that also log you out?

No when I first start up the macro it runs fine for maybe 1 maybe 2 cycles then it say start acting as thou it is getting a head of itself then my toon stops and it keeps running my /say's but not dancing or playing music. I can type /dump and it will start again but then it shortly logs me. I am running all 6 flourish each wit a pause of 15 between each one.

Hmmmm I think the problem is you shouldn't have /say's in any macro!
Well... hm... no ok, probably nothing to do with it BUT you should pull them out of it all the same anyway (You won't be loved around here with a spam-filled macro mate )

I don't see what the problem is... or maybe... maybe you were in /follow on something/someone ? I've had little jokes like that in the past
If you are using a "ground dropped" instrument (that is, an Omni Box or a Nalargon), you also need to remember that you have to keep it selected all the time, otherwise you will stop playing... but that doesnt explain it if you have the same problem with dance performances.

(or... would there be a stealth fix preventing the use of recursive macro's for performances? ^^)

I had a similar problem where my character just stopped dancing after a certain period of keyboard inactivity. The flourish macro would continue running, but the actual dancing just stopped (?).

I added a line for /startdance xxxx (xxxx being my current dance) at the start of the flourish macro, and that seems to have fixed the problem.
