Hello,

Anytime I try to /watch or /listen to an entertainer I get the message
"You start watching XXX"
"You stop watching XXX because its too far away"

Also I am unable to use the radial menu at all by right clicking, the only way to access it for me is the ~ key. All my other character do not have this isolated problem.

I tried submitting a ticket, but I am unable to do that as well.

What should I do?

I had this same bug over the past weekend and it was quite frustrating. People have posted various "work arounds" that enabled them to watch but none of them have worked for me. What did work is I typed:

/stoplisten <musician's name>

I then walked to the opposite side of the room - meaning when I first tried I was on his right side and I walked over so that I was on his left side

and then typed

/listen <musician's name>

I was then able to listen to the music.

By all means keep filing the /bug report but until it gets fixed you just have to try to find a work around so you can heal the BF and get the inspiration buff.

hang in there. It's just as frustrating for entertainers as it is for those trying to watch or listen.

yesterday i got the bug, i just tried to /listen 7 times in a row till it finally worked.

Reports are it never occured on TC so lets hope its fixed with patch 17.

Also the radial menu never works with my Right mouse button for me, i have to press the left one, perhaps thats the reason for your other problem?

I did manage to get my right click radial menu to work. I had to cycle through about 10 keymaps continuiously until it was able to reset to the defaults.

I can safely report it is not fixed on Live with Pub 17. Got the too far away error repeatedly in Moenia Cantina. Finally just gave up trying and moved on.

Damn

Have not encountered it myself yet, so wasn't able to see how it works with covercharge, you know?
