Is there a way to macro the pop-ups that happen there after?

I was just curious if that is possible to make a macro that mimics the mouse clicks that are needed on the selection pop-ups.

I have no idea, because the only macro I have is a flourish one that lasts about five minutes that I only use at home for dancing. You shouldn't need a macro though, because if you have a partner to train on and some mind enhancing spice, it'll take an hour or two to get Image Design IV depending on your race's mind stats.

I don't think you can macro those mouse clicks.
the easiest thing to do is to move the camera around so that the first button you want to push is right over your target. Then the second and third window will sticky to where you drag them, so put them to where the buttons are all lined up. This way you can just ~, 4 then click three times. Have a few muon golds on hand and switch to hair when you're puking
