Thread: Casting Call for the Cabaret Kursho'ryu! (roleplay on Starsider server)
Casting Call: Cabaret Performers Needed!
Are you a talented musician, singer, or dancer?
Does the smell of greasepaint, or the shine of the spotlights, draw you like a vynock to shiny metal?
Then the Kursho'ryu wants you! We will be holding auditions for singers, dancer, and musicians, to perform in an upcoming show!

Please come prepared with a song-and-dance or a piece of music already prepared. We're looking for talented men and women who display showmanship, musical singing style, creative choreography, and red-hot music riffs. We do ask that those auditioning wear a standard black leotard, and black dance shoes.
The performance will be held at the Kursho'ryu on Saturday, May 29th, at 8pm Coruscant Standard ((8pm eastern))
((Just a few notes: I had originally scheduled this a few weeks earlier, but hit a time-crunch with a real-life show I was in. So Cres and I have pushed the show back a week, and are still holding auditions. This time, we are opening the show to both men and women. We're going to be gathering entertainers together to do broadway-type songs, but adapted to a SWG setting. The best bet for an audition would be to set up a macro with your words and choreography. Training in entertainer is recommended, but not necessary, if you can creatively use the emotes available to all characters. The black leotard and shoes would be black sportswrap, black hotpants, and black slippers. For the men, black casual shoes or other jazz-type dance-looking shoes are fine.
This is a roleplay event, and we do request that participants keep that in-mind. We are on the Starsider Server. Thanks!
