I had an interesting experience yesterday, i started using my Toon for buffing for the first time (mastered ages ago but i did entertainer for the fun of it), not macro looping or afk or anything, ok i had a macro ibut it doesn't loop just runs once, and was in the MO cantina on bloodfin, advertising my buffs, saying things like why wait for the buffbots to run through when i can buff you right now, just ask sort of thing, (BTW there were 5 afk buffbots in the cantina with me)and to my amazement i started getting lots of buisness and lots of people asking me for buffs, and ignoring the buffbots hurrah, i think i made about 200k in 2 hours from tips. Afterwards i asked a freind from my guild who was one of the buffbots, how much she'd earnt from all the people she'd buffed while afk (almost a day) and she said she'd only got about 10k in tips and she was considering dropping the buffbot routine as it wasn't making her as much money as she thought. So it just goes to show we can fight and defeat these afk buffbot pricks and from the point of view of my combat character, i have never seen an ATK entertainer doing buffs so i always have to use the buffbots which is a shame, as i would much prefer live people to talk to. one of the people i was talking to while buffing her said it was the first time she'd ever talked to a dancer as they were always afk but she would always get her buffs from me when i'm there because she liked the fact that she didn't have to wait for the macro to run through to get a buff, so if all of us ATK entertainers start trying to compete maybee we can wipe these buffbots of the face off the galaxie's forever

Buffbot 0, ATK entertainer 1 
I'm a Pure Entertainer Myself, I always get Ask to buff when I'm at bestine, But In Mining Outpost - Dantooine, you really have to fight for those buffs along with the spam.

Doesn't matter, the battle with the buff bots has already been "won" in the CU. See, they're gutting us, taking away all but BF healing. So it really doesn't matter now does it?

I hope there will be changes to the CU, because the way it is going now... will be cancel subscription

I would like to know how you got the information that their only going to allow entertainers for heal BF. As Far as i know they haven't said a word about what their going to do in the CU. But if what you say is true then whats the use in being a Entertainer, Dancer, or Musician. They just as well eliminate the proffesions all toghether. Because i know that if they keep messing things up to much i will quit this game, no matter how much time i've invested between 3 accounts and 4 characters

Because as they have stated it will be the only thing left, mind wounds are being removed. And from what has been said it's not even clear that we will have that left to us. They have also said that any attention that the Entertainer professions get will come after the CU, I don't know how they intend to do that since they are removing the ability to heal mind wound but without major changes in our professions it will still be a required XP component. Mind healing is fully 25% of where our skill point allocation goes, what are they intending to do about the requirement for that XP to master and what are they doing to compensate us for the loss of those abilitities.?
