Thread: What is the current state of tipping?

Hey everybody!

I was a dancer in the Mos Eisley cantinas the first few days the game was released......I only made about 600cr for about 3hrs worth of work, so I went to another server to try out another profession.

Now I'm wondering, with the current state of the economy and how everyone's bragging about how much money they have, are the tips any more generous?

Depends on the time of day you play and the crowd in the Cantina.

Here were my tips from yesterday:

Morning after the server bounce: 350 credits for an hours work.

Afternoon: Almost no competition: 3540 credits for 1.5 hours work

Last night after midnight: 500 credits for two hours work--lots of customers, but lots of competition

Hope that helps.

In a crowded cantina like Coronet City, I never make a single credit. In Dearic with no competition for the entire evening, I made 5k. I was probably there for 4 hours.

Tips are getting better, but they still aren't enough to pay for training in the higher levels. Delivery Missions still pay more for the same amount of time spent. I can only hope that it keeps getting better!
