How does a player create a cantina? Can any house be used? Are entertainers able to heal the BF of others inside any house or guildhall? Or is there a special building you must place?

Any house will function like a cantina. You will need Business I (from artisan) to charge a cover, if you desire. I'm not sure if there are player structures designed to be specifically cantinas or not.
