after our troupe was harrased from a small party of heavily wounded people for quite a lengthy time, and most of the band had already placed them on ignore, we thought about using the ignore list sort of as a denial of healing thing, but after seeing the boards, i would agree that it could quickly become abused or mishandeled(the newbie entertainers that just want to say "haha no heals for joo"), instead how about a /boycot command that would bring up a decline/accept box to all band members asking if they would like to boycot "soandso"(whoever is targeted by the /boycot starter) from gaining benifits of the band and have it put to a majority vote system. have the yes/no box not show up to anyone that is set on afk and give it a 1 minute timeout so those that dont vote dont get added to the total counts of votes.

simple, effective and seems the most fair way to deal with harrassers without punishing anyone that dont deserve it(having entire band stop playing for 10+ people just cause 3 or less are causing problems)

soory but cant edit posts and have a few ideas to stop workarounds for people getting off the boycot and/or band members changing.

1. the bandleader is assigned a boycot list that is generated when the command is first used

2. the boycot list is auto-adopted for any that join the band

3. the boycot list is moved to new band leader on /makeleader commands, but is removed if the band is /disbanded

4. when someone leaves the band, since the boycot list is "held" by band leader, it doesnt stay with those that leave the band

with these settings, people would not be boycotted forever and would eventually learn that they cant get away with harrassing all they feel like and still "use" those they are messing with for benifits

I have a better idea. Simply stop playing and announce to the audience that it's because of the harrasser.

A little peer pressure from the crowd should quiet them down a bit.
